This bar makes a boozy cocktail featuring Lucky Charms

That trashy mix of oat cereal bits that no-one eats, and colourful, sugar-laden marshmallow shapes that get picked out of the packet as soon as it’s opened.

Earlier this year, Burger King released a Lucky Charms milkshake in the US, which contained a whopping 107g sugar (you’re supposed to only have around 30g sugar per day.according to UK government guidelines…).

But a bar in New York City has taken things a step further with a frankly fabulous looking boozy cereal cocktail, featuring your fave kiddy cereal.

The Flying Cock in Murray Hill, Manhattan created the Make New Friends cocktail as part of their delicious sounding cocktail menu.

The drink features bourbon, vanilla almond milk, creme de cacao, peppermint and Lucky Charms.

The use of almond milk over cow juice is great news for the vegan and lactose-intolerant, hey?

The drink’s creator says he did it as an ‘homage to his childhood’.

‘Growing up, I loved nothing more than cereal, and Lucky Charms was probably my favourite,’ head bartender Cody Goldstein tells Insider.
